SAP Connect 2025 was the company's first-ever unified business event. We transformed two iconic resort properties, Fontainebleau and Resorts World, into SAP-branded showcases that brought together five lines of business for an unprecedented week of innovation, connection, and celebration.

SCREENS THAT STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS

Scale matters in Vegas, and we delivered. Massive 16’ by 16’ LED screens lined the corridors at Fontainebleau, creating larger-than-life moments that stopped attendees mid-stride with bold brand visuals, event highlights, and calls to action. Over at Resorts World, we transformed an entire hallway into a digital canvas with a widescreen LED installation that stretched the full length of the space. Our animations didn't just fill the screens, they brought the SAP brand story to life in ways that felt dynamic, fresh, and impossible to ignore. Working alongside partners Freeman and Encore, we executed every detail of the digital and print branding across the expo hall, venue screens, and wayfinding throughout both properties.

CELEBRATION NIGHT LIGHTS UP THE STRIP

We leveraged some of the largest outdoor LED surfaces in the world, spanning a jaw-dropping 100,000 square feet, 19,200 square feet, and 17,291 square feet on the exterior of Resorts World tower. Our graphics transformed the Vegas skyline into an SAP showcase visible for miles. Inside Zouk Nightclub, we pushed creative boundaries even further. We designed branding for a three-story spherical LED Globe structure which, when combined with our entryway graphics and immersive nightclub visuals, created what Zouk called the best branded experience they'd ever seen. And when The Chainsmokers took the stage for the headline performance, our SAP-branded animations elevated every moment of their set. We're most proud of how our work didn't just meet expectations, it exceeded them at every turn.
