Often, people don’t think terribly hard about audio when planning their event. But John believes that audio shouldn’t be taken for granted. After all, if the audience can’t hear a presenter because the mic doesn’t work, or can’t see the video screens because the loudspeakers block their view, they’re going to be very unhappy.
