A TEXAS-SIZED CELEBRATION
T-Mobile and Proscenium brought big Texas energy to Austin for the 2025 Winners Circle incentive program. We transformed the Fairmont Austin and some of the city’s iconic must-see attractions into a magenta playground for the company’s top performers and their guests. Winners Circle is always a non-stop party, and this year’s event – held in Texas for the first time - was no exception. Our event creative design drew inspiration from Texas iconography and Austin’s eye-catching street art, making every space vibrant and immersive.
Shimmering stars
Attendees donned their boots and kicked it all off with a raucous Magenta Mixer with live band karaoke and a giant magenta cowboy boot photo op. A spirited mariachi band of T-Mobile employees welcomed winners to an exclusive Town Hall with the leadership team. And a full ranch takeover created an unforgettable night under the stars with rodeo shows, neon-lit photo ops, line dancing, live music, and tasty Texas treats. Our awards evening wowed the crowd with enormous staging, like nothing we’ve ever designed before. Layered LED backgrounds combined with massive projection screens, spanning more than 100 feet wide, became a dynamic canvas for employee talent performances, and for each winner to have their moment in the spotlight crossing the stage.
CLUB MAGENTA
Needless to say, it was HOT in Austin, and we kept turning up the heat for the final celebration – Club Magenta – at the iconic and storied Austin City Limits. Floor to ceiling concert-poster style branding, on-stage photo ops, and limited edition swag set the tone for the cavalcade of entertainment to follow - DJ William Lifestyle’s beats seamlessly transitioned to an electric performance by country star Tyler Hubbard. And a show-stopping final set from Nelly – took the audience on an unforgettable ride. This year’s Winners Circle proved that everything is bigger – and bolder – in Texas.
