T-Mobile Winners Circle is the hottest party in Miami, and the Florida sun can’t shine as bright as these fired-up winners! The company’s top-performing employees enjoyed a non-stop experience of a lifetime, that only T-Mobile could provide. We worked alongside the T-Mobile Events Team to design and produce an ocean of a Miami adventure like none other.
Winners and their guests (nearly 1,000 attendees) were wowed from the moment they stepped off the plane. We turned the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel even more iconic with our gorgeous floor to ceiling branding and décor. Unique photo opportunities appeared around every corner, complete with oversized branded inflatable beachballs and flamingos.
Under the stars and swaying palm trees, our first evening Magenta Mixer welcomed everyone, and the following morning an exclusive Town Hall with the Senior Leadership Team provided open conversations and opportunities to meaningfully interact. Throughout the event, attendees were treated to highly-curated gifting suite experiences, and Miami excursions to soak in some local flair, including shuttles to South Beach for personalized dining opportunities.
One of the main events of Winners Circle is the awards night, where every single winner has their moment to individually shine on the awards stage. Bringing our theme graphic design to life, we produced our most spectacular stage yet, incorporating a massive dimensional half-circular screen that could transform from a beachball, to a sun, to a revolving globe of winner names. As an additional treat, T-Mobile’s own employee talent brought down the house with a custom rendition of “This Is the Moment” that rivaled any Broadway performance.
The celebrations continued over at South Beach’s most iconic luxury beach club, Nikki Beach Miami, for a much-deserved evening of curated Caribbean vibes and premium hospitality. Our resident DJ, William Lifestyle, set the tone with tropical house beats, while attendees lounged in cabanas, sipped on cocktail-filled branded coconuts, and relished in the carefree spirit of the night.
The week reached its pinnacle when attendees took to Club Magenta at LIV Nightclub. Guests walked up the bespoke magenta carpet into a night of surprise entertainment - including soundtracks by DJ IRIE, the awe-inspiring artistry and athleticism of aerialist performers, and the poetic flow of Grammy and Academy Award-winning artist Common. The final performance by popstar Jason Derulo had the crowd rocking to his greatest hits and capped off Winners Circle with all the intense heat that only T-Mobile can bring.
