Our Chief Creative, Chuck Santoro, has been working with T-Mobile for over a decade, and it’s not surprising that we’ve forged such a long-standing collaboration throughout the years. Our clients see the value we deliver every step of the process, and view us as extension of their own team. T-Mobile’s newest public charge is, “ARE YOU WITH US?” You bet we are.

T-Mobile periodically spreads its immense magenta energy to employees all over the country, and we’re there to make sure that wave hits every corner of the U.S.

But hey, we know sometimes these tours come with challenges. For example, in 2012 during the (aptly-named) Challenger Tour, T-Mobile acquired another carrier, which required a huge overhaul of all show content. And then the new CEO John Legere made his raucous debut midway through the tour. And one more thing - hurricane Sandy devastated the East Coast as we were heading for NY and DC, causing quite a logistical puzzle. Needless to say, the show went on, and the attendees had a blast. That’s what counts, right?

REWARDING THE BEST OF THE BEST

We produce all the employee incentive programs for T-Mobile’s highest-performing employee rockstars. From an annual 16-city tour to locally reward call center employees, to an epic Vegas trip called Winners Circle, we want to make sure that what happens there….definitely doesn’t stay there! And how do you celebrate a fraction of the top 1 percent? Well, you take them to Maui to make sure they get a proper “mahalo.”

FROM HIP HOP TO OPERA

T-Mobile has a vast network of incredibly talented employees, many of whom are just waiting for their chance to be discovered. Well, we love helping them sparkle onstage. We’ve coached and directed more than 100 T-Mobile employee performances – including rappers, dancers, acrobats, and even an opera singer! From Philadelphia to the Philippines, these performers shine as bright as a headliner, and the audience is always screaming for more!
