With their new internal motto “Helping you achieve your goals faster”, our client is paying attention to franchisee concerns harder than ever.
We reflected that in their 2024 Convention by having 2 store-owner hosts to guide the attendees through the proceedings.
The hosts were able to ask hard questions, steer conversations to topics that interested them, and guide the narrative in ways they never have before.
They leaned on Proscenium in a big way to keep the tone appropriate, and to structure the show, the scripts, and the performances in such a way that all parties would be delighted.
And we did just that!
2024 convention
The show also featured an all-employee band that truly rocked the house! The audiences could not believe these musicians had never played together before.
In addition, when it came time to talk about the charities they raise money for, a 12 year-old girl from the Junior Achievement program came out and, with a heavily rehearsed script, stole everyone’s hearts with her charm and ambition.
We are so thrilled of our long-standing relationship, and we were so glad to collaborate with them on this new and important direction.
