A Blowout Return to Live Events

T-Mobile's annual Winners Circle incentive program celebrates the company's top-performing employees across all channels of the business. For this edition, approximately 1,300 winners and their guests gathered at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for the program's first in-person return since 2019, with a clear charge: set the benchmark for what a live incentive event can be, and celebrate top performers.

A Wynwood-Inspired Takeover

From the moment winners stepped off the plane, every touchpoint was curated to make them feel special. We transformed the iconic Fontainebleau into a T-Mobile hub with floor-to-ceiling branding throughout, anchored by a theme graphic inspired by Miami's Wynwood Art District. We partnered with a local artist to infuse his work into the event design, including a station where winners could customize their own pair of shoes with his art. Throughout the week, winners enjoyed daily gifting experiences, excursions, mix-and-mingle dinners, and an exclusive Town Hall with the Senior Leadership Team.

When massive thunderstorms threatened the night, we pivoted as quickly as Florida lightning and brought the party right back to LIV Nightclub, where featured performers Lil Jon and Ludacris brought the house down for an unforgettable finale.

The Most Impressive Stage in the Program's History

T-Mobile leadership wanted every winner to have their moment to shine, so we took inspiration from the Fontainebleau's history to design a cabaret-style awards evening with what leadership called the most impressive scenic design in the program's history. The stage spanned more than 100 feet wide with massive LED content surfaces, enhanced by dynamic LED pixel tube lighting, some rigged overhead to create a chandelier effect.

A Lightning-Fast Pivot

A takeover of LIV Nightclub brought the party to a fever pitch midweek, and as the event's crescendo, we had planned a Club Magenta under the stars at the Oasis in Wynwood with surprise headliner entertainers. When massive thunderstorms threatened the night, we pivoted as quickly as Florida lightning and brought the party right back to LIV, where featured performers Lil Jon and Ludacris brought the house down for an unforgettable finale.

Rave Reviews

The reviews from the T-Mobile team told the story. The Director of Events called the Club Magenta pivot "AMAZING work" that left the Senior Leadership Team "beyond impressed." The Sr. Manager of Events called the week "nothing short of SPECTACULAR." And the Director of Executive Operations in the Office of the CEO summed it up best: "You all have this amazing ability to make every winner feel like they are the only winner."
