AI is transforming the way events are designed, executed, and experienced. Once relegated to behind-the-scenes tasks like streamlining operations and drafting RFPs, artificial intelligence is becoming front and center—it will re-define consumer engagement and personalization at events.
Today’s event attendees are expecting more hyper-personalized experiences that cater to their unique interests. AI is making that happen in powerful ways including networking, scheduling, content recaps, and photo sharing.
Soon, we’ll be wearing AI and/or AR glasses which will be used by presenters in place of teleprompters, and worn by attendees to increase engagement (so long as it doesn’t pull them away from the content!)
One way or another, AI is becoming a necessity for creating immersive, efficient, and ROI-driven events.
