This was a long-awaited event, bringing together Metro by T-Mobile business owners for the first time in years to connect with the company’s latest initiatives. This event took place for metro by T-Mobile business owners a day before the press launch of Metro by T-Mobile’s newest plan “MetroFlex” among many other initiatives. This announcement was a game changing announcement designed to positively impact these business owners and take the Metro by T-Mobile brand to the next level. The room was filled with excitement, and we ensured the design and vibe of the event matched that energy, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and enthusiasm for the new opportunities.

We worked closely with the Metro by T-Mobile executive team on their content for this show, which was highly confidential and incredibly important to the company as a whole. With the official news launch scheduled for the next day, we provided business owners with an exclusive preview of upcoming changes and strategies, ensuring they were well-prepared to implement these initiatives into their day to day. This show had amazing things to announce, so it was our job to maximize that excitement and to make sure it was coming across clear and concise.

Among two large projection screens on either side displaying dynamic content, we also featured a custom projection screen that stood out center stage. This innovative design created the illusion of a large 3-dimensional cube, adding a unique and impactful visual element to the background of the presenters. It also allowed us to transport the presenters to appear as if they were standing in front of a lifelike Metro by T-Mobile store, which was truly next level.
Upping the Ante
The evening kicked off with whiskey tastings from local distilleries in the Houston, TX area, supporting local businesses and providing a unique start to the event. We then transformed the room from a business meeting into a high-rolling casino lounge and dinner party, where business owners could network over a game of poker. The stakes were high as they earned points to bet on a grand raffle. The competition was fierce, with jackpot prizes that could significantly impact their businesses. Our intricate point system ensured a fair deal for all players. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone doubling down on the fun and walking away with memorable experiences and, for some, a winning hand.
