Over the years, we’ve partnered with T-Mobile on everything from an industry-leading F1 activation, to Un-carrier launches, to celebratory community-building events at high school football fields.
But when it comes to pure razzle-dazzle (the kind that rivals any Vegas show) one event stands out: T-Mobile Winners Circle in 2023, and we’re on our way back this year in 2026! Our Las Vegas productions can turn a recognition event into a Vegas spectacle, a once-in-a-lifetime experience for attendees.

CREATING THE WINNERS CIRCLE
Winners Circle is T‑Mobile’s ultimate celebration. It’s a multi-day blowout that recognizes the company’s top performers with a generous dose of experiences they could never do on their own.
At the ARIA Resort, we created a world where celebration just kept building:
- A vibrant Magenta Mixer social brought everyone together, with pulsating music and a direct view of a full takeover of T-Mobile Arena’s huge outdoor displays.
- Waves of custom commemorative swag so attendees could wear their wins with pride.
- An exclusive Town Hall with the Senior Leadership Team to connect in a rare forum for big thinking.
- A full takeover of JEWEL Nightclub with stunning custom graphics.
- And an awards evening where each winner crossed a stage with major wow factor - a massive 90’ wide production combined with unique screen configurations and dynamic LED pixel tubes evocative of 5G beams.
SPIN TO WIN
A larger‑than‑life hologram slot machine, designed from the ground up by our creative team, lit up the central foyer and stopped passers-by in their tracks. Attendees grabbed the lever, took a spin, and found themselves immersed in pure T‑Mobile hologram magic — a blend of surprise, motion, and spectacle that was a new twist on a Vegas classic.
WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS - TURNS MAGENTA
The celebration didn’t stop at the ARIA. For the grand finale, we transformed the T‑Mobile Arena into Club Magenta — a dazzling, high‑voltage wonderland that pulsed with energy and excitement.
- Nitro smoke desserts and an LED cotton candy wall.
- Glow dancers shimmering across the floor.
- Immersive augmented reality effects that created talked-about and shareable moments.
- DJ beats by William Lifestyle, keeping the crowd amped up.
If that wasn’t enough, the night hit its peak. SOFI TUKKER lit up the stage with an electric performance, followed by a show‑stopping set from NELLY, turning Club Magenta into the hottest club on the Strip, and only for T-Mobile’s biggest stars.
Sam Port, Senior Creative Director at Proscenium, remembers it vividly:
“T‑Mobile’s energy is contagious. We wanted every moment of Winners Circle to feel like a reward not just for their achievements, but for their spirit. The hologram slot machine was our way of capturing that feeling of ‘you never know what magic’s coming next.’”
