Convention 2022

The UPS Store Convention 2022 was the perfect opportunity to introduce new President Sarah Casalan Bittle to the franchise owners.

The set was designed like a late-night talk show, and Emmy award winner Mario Armstrong (and ProCast guest) took on the hosting duties along with musical talent DJ Smalls. The talk show format allow presenters to discuss topics in a more intimate setting, which suited Sarah’s personality perfectly. Mario’s onstage interview of her set just the right tone.

The event also featured a live onstage original game show. This added an extra level of fun and excitement as store owners used best practices to compete and win bragging rights.

The attendees loved being back in person after the disruption of Covid, and the event was a great success.
